- Fixes to the Ladder, can no longer be placed above water.
- Loosened the item loss penalty on death

- Added tutorials to mechanics like Equipping and Building
- The Chest and Woodworking Table are now the first listed constructs in the Carpenter's shop
- Fixes to the Tricky bounty
- Fixed a crash when talking to the brewing chef
